Funny Conversations

Please bear with me on this post. This blog is my baby book, so I am trying to post things that I want to remember. . .

Jackson has a new phrase that cracks me up. Anytime I gently correct him, he repeats and clarifies what I just told him (very adamantly). . .

Jackson: "That's a helicopter, Mommy."
Me: "Well, I think that's an airplane."
Jackson: "That not helicopter, Mommy; that airplane!!"

Jackson: "Playing basketball, Mommy."
Me: "They are playing baseball, Jackson."
Jackson: "Not playing basketball, Mommy; playing baseball!"

He is still into Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, but also likes Little Einsteins (really all things Disney are great to Jackson). We were watching Little Einsteins the other day and he looked at me and said, "Mommy, do blast off!" It was time to help Rocket "blast off" and I had to pat my legs, raise my hands in the air and yell "Blast off!" (If you don't understand what I'm talking about, come on over to our house and J and I will teach you). . .

His other favorite things to say this week - "Where's Emory?" and "I miss Emory." I thought it was too cute that he was missing Emory (my cousin's daughter). Jackson knows when I think he is being sweet/cute, so he has continued to repeat this phrase for attention. :)
