Cousin Judson Visits Again

Uncle Jarrod, Aunt Heather and Judson came to visit this weekend. Judson is now 3 months old - and Jackson is 6 1/2 months old. Jackson is still bigger! :)

We also met Lauren & Sydney at Midtowne to shop on Saturday. The kids drank their bottles while the moms enjoyed their Pumpkin Spice Frappucinos. I took this picture on my camera phone, so it's not that great. . .

Birthday Party and Birthday Twins

Happy Birthday, Sybil! Jackson went to a 1st birthday party for Sybil on Saturday morning. There were kids of all ages there - and we had a great time at Sybil's donut party.

Jackson's Baptism

Jackson was baptized this morning at our church. He did great - just looked around and tried to take it all in. We had a lot of family come and we are so thankful for their support. After church, we had lunch at our house and then enjoyed cake (while Jackson took a nap). What a busy and special weekend! We enjoyed it and are thoroughly exhausted.

Jeremy's Birthday Party

We had some friends over to celebrate Jeremy's birthday and watch the Razorback game (let's not talk about the outcome of the game). The guys watched the game in our great room, and the girls watched the game in the den (smaller TV). :) We had a great time! I didn't get too many pictures during the game because the guys were a little annoyed with my picture taking (by the time I snapped the pic of the guys, some of them had already left). Jackson went over to Mimi and Grandpa's house during the party, but we took a few pictures before.

Happy Birthday, Jeremy! Today Jeremy turns 30! A big day! Jeremy, thank you for always being such a great husband and father. I love you.

6 Month Check-Up

Jackson turned 6 months old this past Sunday. Wow, time is flying by! We went to the doctor this afternoon. Jackson weighs 19 pounds 2 ounces and is 28 1/2 inches long. They couldn't believe how long he was! Dr. Freeman said he looked very healthy.

Occasionally I'll snap his picture before we go to school in the mornings. He looks so cute in the two pictures below, I just couldn't resist posting these! :)

Jennifer's Wedding

What a fun weekend! My college roommate, Jennifer, got married this weekend in Tyler. Let me just say that the wedding was absolutely beautiful - my pictures do not truly show the beauty of the villa. I did not get a picture of the bride and groom, but they looked fabulous together. Mom came with me and Jackson, and we could not have made it without her! Thanks, Mom! Jackson was quite a trooper this weekend. Jennifer and Patrick - we are so, so excited for you. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day.

Jackson Meets Samuel

Jackson finally got to meet Samuel while we were in Tyler this weekend. Samuel is Meredith's (one of my college roommates) little boy who was born on May 1. It was so much fun to get them together. Aunt Mandy (my college roommate/best friend) and her mom came along to play with the boys, too!
