Rain Day
On Tuesday, everyone around here predicted that we would have lots of ice/snow. So, Jackson's school was closed - basically for rain! We had a fun day at home - it helped both of us get over our colds.

Tagged
My friend Lauren tagged me...and I thought this would be fun. So, here's what you do:
1. Go to your 4th folder where you store your photos.
2. Select the 4th photo (no exceptions).
3. Post the picture with an explanation and link it back to your tagger.
4. Tag 4 people do do the same.
This is a picture of Jackson playing at Grandmother's house from October 2008 (Our 4th folder has pretty recent pics - because of our computer crash, many of our pictures were wiped out. Thank goodness we back up our pics online!). . .
I tag Andrea R., Shawna S., Heather S., and Heather & Jarrod!

Flashlights
What is it with boys and their flashlights? Jackson is obsessed with Jeremy's headlight. . .

Can you tell that we don't keep our house picked up all the time? You probably notice the laundry basket, toys strewn all over the floor, jackets everywhere, etc. I think we're all coming down with a cold, so we just had a relaxing, low-key weekend!

Wonder Place Fun
Jackson and I met some of my work friends and their kiddos at the Wonder Place today. I forgot my camera, but Cassandra was sweet enough to send me her pictures of Gavin and Jackson. Thanks, Cassandra! We had fun seeing you guys - as well as Denise/Emerson, Emily & Jeff/Ethan, and Allison/Eli. Perhaps I'll steal more pics from their blogs after they post! :)

Go Hogs Go!
Mimi and B.B. took us all to the Razorback basketball game on Saturday afternoon. Yes, even Jackson got to go - after his 45 minute nap. Yikes! But, he did great - and loved it. Our bag full of snacks and activities kept him busy the whole time. At one point, everyone was cheering and Jackson yelled, "Merry Christmas!" (or his version of it - which sounds like Mer, Mer, Mer, Mistmas) - pretty funny.

Here we are, sweaty from our hike into the arena - since it was 75 degrees here. Jackson took off the cute Razorback jacket that goes with this warm-up suit. Too hot! Go Hogs Go!

Holiday Party
Saturday morning, we got together with some friends to catch-up and watch the kiddos play (several of Jeremy's college friends - and my hometown friends - had babies around the same time). It was fun to get the boys (plus Taylor and Mackenzie) together to see how much they have grown. Crazy that they will all turn 2 during the 2009 year. Enjoy the fun pictures below - thanks to the grandparents for hosting such a fun brunch. And special thanks to Will's grandparents for letting us crash their house. . .
This might be my favorite picture of all - Mackenzie was trying to keep Judson on the couch!
Here they all are - with parents on standby to keep them on the couch. One of the grandparents said that we needed seatbelts for them!
Jackson kissing Baby Taylor. He was very sweet - and not too jealous that his Mimi was holding Taylor.
Thanks, Will, for letting us play with all your toys! You were great at sharing! Jackson was not so good at sharing. :)

Happy New Year!
Jackson attended his first New Year's Eve party last night. :) My boss and her husband had planned to take their granddaughter to a kid-friendly New Year's Eve party and at the last minute they had an extra seat - so Jackson and I got the quick invite (Jeremy had to work). Thanks, Robin and Rusty, for inviting us! Jackson had a good time - he was a little overwhelmed at first, but eventually joined Sybil on the dance floor. Jackson even danced the hokey pokey with Robin and Sybil.
