Jackson is 3 Weeks Old!
Time is flying by. I can't believe that Jackson is 3 weeks old today! We weighed him yesterday (our doctor told me to just drop in the clinic any time to weigh him) and he is 9 lbs 9 oz. So, he is definitely growing - and he has the chubby cheeks to prove it. He is doing a little better at night - sometimes going for 4-5 hour stretches between feedings. This week was my mom and Jeremy's mom's spring break, so I had lots of help! Thanks Mom and Gail - we had a great week! I was able to get out of the house and run some errands, and Jackson enjoyed the car rides.

New motherhood is so crazy/fun/sleepy/sweet and so much more! Ava is a year, and I can't believe all I've learned this past year. It's so fun, and some of the hardest work you'll ever do!

I always joke with billie that i haven't really slept in 5 years.
all i can say is to just soak up every minute. sometimes i'd love be back at the infant stage! (notice i said sometimes!)
